Search for the official Seedance website and the first result presents itself as exactly that, discount banner and sign-up button included. The model behind it is real. The page belongs to somebody else, and telling those two facts apart takes about five minutes.
Is there an official Seedance website?

A page quoting a subscription price for the model is quoting its own commercial offer. So is a duration ceiling that is not thirty seconds, or a resolution tier the vendor’s capability matrix does not contain.
What the check can decide
It decides whether the numbers match the vendor’s, and that is a real result: a site selling a monthly plan for a model whose vendor publishes no plan is not selling vendor capacity on vendor terms.
What the check cannot decide
Whether a domain has a commercial relationship with ByteDance, because ByteDance does not say. Capacity can be bought and resold legitimately, a reseller is not automatically a trap, and silence is not a verdict.
