GPT Image 2.5 is the model behind ChatGPT's image generation and the gpt-image-2.5 models on the API. The ChatGPT name and the API name refer to the same generation, which is why you will see ChatGPT Images 2.5 and GPT-Image-2.5 used for the same release.
